Nothing on this Site is medical advice. The Postpartum Hub is an organizational and informational resource, not a healthcare provider.

Our templates and tools are organizational, not clinical

Our Notion templates (Recovery, Mental Health, Baby Care, Nutrition, and Planning) are designed to help you track, organize, and reflect on your postpartum journey. They are not medical devices, diagnostic tools, or treatment plans, and they are not created or reviewed by licensed medical professionals.

Free tools, including the Diastasis Recti Self-Check

Our free self-check tool is a screening aid based on common self-assessment questions. It gives you a general, plain-English read on your answers — it does not diagnose diastasis recti or any other condition, and it cannot replace a hands-on assessment by a doctor or pelvic floor physiotherapist.

Always consult a professional

Pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and infant care involve individual medical circumstances that only a qualified healthcare provider can properly assess. Please consult your doctor, midwife, pelvic floor physiotherapist, or other relevant professional before making decisions about your health, your recovery, or your baby's care — especially if you notice pain, bulging, leaking, or anything that feels wrong.

No liability

The Postpartum Hub and its creator are not liable for any outcome resulting from the use of, or reliance on, information, tools, or templates provided on this Site.
